NEW MEXICO VETERANS' MEMORIAL - Cherry/ See/ Reames Architects

Located at 1100 Louisiana Blvd. SE - The design and development of the New Mexico Veterans' Memorial – a 25 acre Memorial Garden includes an amphitheater, parade ground and Visitor Center . The project began as a design competition and evolved into a Master Planned Site – a 16 year multi-phased project for the City of Albuquerque.

NEW MEXICO COURT OF APPEALS – NCA Architects
This project is on a guided tour scheduled at 10:00 + 11:30 a.m and 1:00 + 2:30 p.m.  
Tours will be limited to 20-25 people each tour

Located at 2211 Tucker NE - The New Mexico Court of Appeals is a 33,000 square foot three-level facility housing courtroom facilities and Judges Offices. The facility is located on the University of New Mexico North Campus adjacent to the UNM Law School and the UNM north golf course. The NM Court of Appeals is proud to work with the UNM Law School and it was important that they maintain a close relationship with the Law School students and staff.

GALLERY 1022 - Edward Fitzgerald / Architects

Located at 1022 Carlisle SE - Gallery 1022 is the renovation of a 1950's commercial building located on the fringe of an established neighborhood. The design parti was to create two live/work artist studios that integrated interior and exterior space. The existing garages and office were stripped down to their basic structure and renovated into two studios accessed through separate courtyards.

LUGER RESIDENCE - G. Donald Dudley Architect, Ltd

Located at 643 Cedar Street, NE - Our firm was approached in the winter of 2006 to make several improvements to an existing adobe house located in the Spruce Park neighborhood of Albuquerque . The clients wanted five projects to be phased over four years: A front yard wall and gate to screen the driveway, a new entry porch and custom intercom pedestal with integral lighting and address numerals, two new poolside shade structures, a new master bathroom and a new second floor study.

VASSAR APARTMENT REMODEL - Studio Southwest Architects Inc

Located at 1920 Vassar - This is a 2-story apartment complex built in the 1950's. The design was a collaboration between Jeremy Dreskin and Shary Adams, previously Principal Architect at Studio Southwest Architects. We worked very closely with Assaf Rezoni and Mical Aloni, the owners to update the existing building to create more comfortable units, as well as enhance the property and neighborhood. The previously existing façade is designed similar to an old motel. A few simple, yet effective design elements in the new design facilitate the site and building to meet the standards of privacy, comfort and style the owners were looking for.

CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE EASTSIDE ANIMAL SERVICE CENTER - Garrett Smith Ltd.

Located at 8920 Lomas Blvd NE - The renovation to the eastside animal service center began with an in-depth process to determine how best to accommodate new services by the facility and how to upgrade existing features. The project was aimed at upgrading and adding to the capacity and services provided by the animal service center. The design team worked closely with multiple city departments, which have facilities on site, to ensure the new design would address their many requirements. In addition to expanding the facilities' capacity, the design increases the prominence of the building, making it more visible from the street.

NEX-GEN ACADEMY (Del Norte High School Campus)- Dekker/Perich/Sabatini

Located at 5323 Montgomery NE - This innovative school is based upon the New Tech Foundation's 21st century learning model which combines small school principles with collaborative, project-based learning exercises that emphasize technology as an essential tool for learning. With web-based curriculums seen as the next generation of information delivery for schools and digital proficiency needed as a 21st century skill, all learning and support spaces within this facility are outfitted with infrastructure to support today's technological needs for digital media, distance learning, and wireless connectivity.
