Please fill out the necessary completely and accurately. Orders must be prepaid either by check payable to AIA Albuquerque or credit card (Visa or Master Card add 5% surcharge). Orders are processed as quickly as possible and are usually shipped on the same day they are received (providing the documents are in stock).

Members: In order to recieve the 30% member discount, you must provide a valid AIA membership number on the Order Form below. If a valid AIA Membership number is not provided, you will be charged the regular cost per item listed below.
