Returning to a Healthy Workplace | An overview of safety and well-being in the workplace
Many organizations have adopted remote working through the pandemic and are faced with reimaginging the workplace that their people will come back to. This program looks at the ‘Healthy Workplace’ through the lens of well-being and focuses on a workplace that truly supports people. This course will examine what a ‘healthy’ workplace is in regards to holistic ergonomics, why the physical workplace is still important for orgranizations, planning considerations, new policies and procedures to consider, and communication around the changes in the workplace.
