We are looking for someone with architectural project management experience within an architectural firm, 5-8 years preferred. Someone preferably with an architectural license or on track to become licensed. This person will be required to manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Working with the project Architects, this person will prepare strategic plans for project success. Project Manager shall be responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. The Project Manager serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budges, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. This position manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
