The Project Manager will ensure that project goals, budgets, timelines, and design standards are consistently met. It is preferred the ideal candidate will have experience managing municipal projects. Candidates must hold a degree in architecture and have a minimum of five years of industry experience. Strong technical knowledge, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred. We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Technician to support our Plumbing and HVAC divisions. Responsibilities include redlining construction plans in AutoCAD, logging and maintaining accurate job folders, and ensuring all project details are organized for scheduling software integration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, familiar with or comfortable with learning residential construction drawings, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Redline plumbing and HVAC plans using AutoCAD

• Understand and apply builder-specific options to generate accurate plan sets

• Create and maintain job folders with project-specific data

• Coordinate with the division manager to ensure documentation accuracy

Qualifications:

• Experience in AutoCAD

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail
