ARCHIS Architects, LLC is a quickly growing firm looking to the position of Project Manager / Team Leader in our Albuquerque office. We work on nearly every kind of project from Georgia to California and provide a fully immersive project production experience. All of our team members get to participate in nearly every part of each assigned project, and we work hard to provide a firm culture and work environment conducive to collaboration and well-rounded skill development. Project Manager candidates will need to have at least 8 years of experience including thorough understanding in working with NMPSFA K-12 educational projects, NM Adequacy Standards, strong design and concept presentation ability and be able to manage multiple larger projects at one time as well as be a great team leader and team player. Candidates must know how to draft, be fluent with Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Office, have excellent client relations skills, and be well versed in project management, engineering coordination, and team collaboration and management. Applicants must be knowledgeable in construction and building envelope systems and detailing. A professional degree is required and candidates must be teachable and solid team players. Federal work experience is also desired, though not required. Due to the size of our office, every individual is required to work on all aspects of a project to some degree. ARCHIS Architects, LLC is looking for a talented, self-motivated and well-rounded individual to fill the position of Architectural Intern in our Albuquerque office. This individual work work with all team members to actively learn all aspects of the architectural process and be involved in all phases of multiple projects. Our office is small, so everyone gets to work on every part of the project at some point. The roles and responsibilities for this job will include, drafting, modeling, detailing, as-built, site visits and meetings, team meetings, engineering coordination, rendering and presentation. The Intern will work alongside project managers daily on various assigned projects and be given a vast array of tasks and responsibilities related to each project that they are working on. We are a very proactive and thoughtful firm, striving hard for quality and excellence in our work and construction documents.
