Work Culture & Practice Management for Better Design Outcomes (1 HSW pending approval)
A firm’s internal culture and management practices directly impact the health, safety, and welfare of the public through design quality, coordination, and decision-making. This course explores how leadership structure, communication systems, staffing strategies, and ethical business practices influence project outcomes, risk reduction, and occupant well-being. Participants will learn practical tools to strengthen firm culture while improving project delivery and protecting public safety.
$35 per person -payment can be made with check, cash or credit at the lunch (an invoice will be sent upon registration).
