The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic created an unprecedented disruption that required Architectural firms to manage the immediate and ongoing changes impacting clients, staff and projects. This presentation is for firms who want to ensure they are keeping an eye on basic short- and long-term needs of their organization and are supporting positive outcomes today and as we progress to the “next normal.”
